Though rapidly growing, Poornam still maintains a small family feel. Everyone eats in the In-house Canteen, enjoying conversations with people at all levels. It is during these times, that someone pops up with a great idea. Or teams have heated discussions about some protocol, or a hack. At Poornam, we respect others, work hard (and play hard too!), think globally, take risks, don't take ourselves too seriously, and all work together to get things done. There is little in the way of corporate hierarchy and everyone wears several hats. An engineer helps in training or recruitment. Another engineer turns into a Rock star for a night. And because there is no hierarchy, no one hesitates to pile over a director during a game of "Beg, Borrow, Steal". As Poornam expands, it continues to look for those who want to improve our service to new heights and have a great time in doing so.
